Step 13 – Move Z1 back to “0.0”
using the “Move Z1” button on
the Manual Control Screen.
Step 14 – Stop the blade using
the “Saw Motor O” button on
the Manual Control Screen.
Step 15 – Release the L1 & L2 Clamps using the “L1
Clamp Up” and “L2 Clamp Up” buttons on the Manual
Control Screen.

Step 16 – Release the L1 & L2 Pushers using the “L1
Pusher Out” and “L2 Pusher Out” buttons on the Manual
Control Screen.

Step 17 – Remove the board from the saw. If the cut
measures exactly 15/32” and the shallower cut is on the
left as shown below, it is correct and the calibration of
the Center of Rotation is complete – skip to the next
section. If not, continue to Step 18.

A1 should rotate about a vertical line down the center
of the back side (motor side) of the blade. The rotation
axis is built into the machine. Adjusting the Center of
Rotation will align the blade with that axis.

If the cut on the right of Figure 89 is the shallower cut on the left,

Step 7 – Move A1 to 90° using
the “Move A1” button on the
Manual Control Screen.
Step 8 – Start blade using
“Saw Motor On” button on the
Manual Control Screen.
Step 9 – Jog Z1 down using the
“Jog Z1 Down” button on the
Manual Control Screen until it
cuts 3/8” into the board.
Step 10 – Move Z1 back to “0.0”
using the “Move Z1” button on
the Manual Control Screen.
Step 11 – Move A1 to 270°
using the “Move A1” button on
the Manual Control Screen.
Step 12 – Jog Z1 down using
the “Jog Z1 Down” button the
Manual Control Screen until it
cuts about 1/4” into the board.
