5 Refit the plug B. Refit bottom hose C and secure with
hose clip D.
6 Fill the system. Use the correct mix of clean, soft
water and anti-freeze. K
Coolant Mixtures ( T 182).
7 Refit the filler cap A making sure that it is tight.
8 Run the engine for a while, to raise the coolant to
working temperature and pressure. Stop the engine.
Check for leaks.
Note: Manually squeeze the top and bottom radiator
hoses during filling to displace any trapped pockets of air
and to prevent air locks
