Checking the Track Gearbox Oil Level
1 Make the machine safe with the excavator lowered,
Refer to Prepare the Machine for Maintenance.
2 Ensure that the gearbox plugs A and B are positioned
as shown. Stop the engine and remove starter key.
3 Clean the area around the fill/level plug A and remove
the plug, oil should be seen to be level with the hole.
4 Top up as necessary. K
Fluids, Lubricants and
Capacities ( T 180). Clean and refit the plug, make
sure it is tight.
