Cleaning the Radiator
1 Park the machine on firm, level ground and stop the
engine. If the vehicle has a manually operated load
bay, remove the starter key.
2 Raise the load bay. If your vehicle has an electric
tipper, ensure that the starter key is removed.
3 For further access you can remove the air inlet grille
if necessary, as shown.
!MWARNING
Make sure the engine cannot be started. Disconnect
the battery before doing this job.

4 Use an airline or water to blow/wash out any
accumulations of material which are clogging the
radiator.
!MWARNING
Compressed air is dangerous. Wear suitable eye
protection and gloves. Never point a compressed air
jet at yourself or others.
