Removal and Replacement

Replacement
Replacement is the reverse of removal, but note the
following.
1 Ensure all hose connections are tight and secure.
Torque tighten the wormdrive clips to 8 Nm.
Torque setting for radiator fittings - 20 Nm.
2 Refill the system with coolant, see Section 3 -
Routine Maintenance.
