Replacing the batteries

3 Using a slotted screwdriver, remove the screw from the battery compart-
ment door, and then press down and push the panel toward the bottom
end.
4 Replace the batteries, with polarities oriented as shown in Figure 12.
We recommend Energizer
® 2500 mAh rechargeable batteries.
5 Replace the battery compartment door, and secure the door by tightening
the screw.
6 Reconnect the AC adapter to the unit and to an AC power supply.
7 Turn the unit ON, and then specify the type of battery you inserted.
The batteries are replaced.
