Open
Access Level Required: OPERATOR
This key sends an open command to the Subcooler
Valve. The Subcooler Valve will increase 1% for each
depress, hold for repeat.
Close
Access Level Required: OPERATOR
This key sends a close command to the Subcooler
Valve. The Subcooler Valve will decrease 1% for each
depress, hold for repeat.
SP
Access Level Required: OPERATOR
This key allows the programing of the subcooler level
control setpoint.
P
Access Level Required: SERVICE
This key allows the progamming of the proportional
gain of the subcooler level control independently for
each of the error zones 1 and 2.
I
Access Level Required: SERVICE
This key allows the programming of the integral gain
(minutes per repeat) of the subcooler level control in-
dependently for each of the error zones 1 and 2.
D
Access Level Required: SERVICE
This key allows the programming of the derivative
gain of the subcooler level control for each of the error
zones 1 and 2.
Zone
Access Level Required: SERVICE
Defines Zone 1 and Zone 2. The Zone value is the Per-
centage of the total range that Zone 1 tuning values
are used. For example, entering 10% will define a 10%
band around the setpoint where the steady state Zone 1
gains will be used.
Zone 1 is the steady state control loop gains, when the
process variable is near setpoint.
Zone 2 is the transient and more aggressive control
loop gains when the process variable is far away from
setpoint, and needs to be returned to setpoint more
quickly.
Ramp Rate
Access Level Required: SERVICE
This key allows the programming of the setpoint ramp
rate from present value to target value.
Min CV
Access Level Required: SERVICE
This key allows the programming of the Min Control
Value (CV) limit. The minimum position means that
the orifice actuator will never close any more than this
percent.
Start Delay
Access Level Required: SERVICE
This key allows the programming of the Level Control
Start Delay Setpoint. This defines the time delay from
when the chiller starts until when the level control be-
comes active and begins controlling level.
Standby
Access Level Required: SERVICE
This key allows the programming of the Subcooler
Level Control Valve shutdown position.
NAVIGATION
Previous
Returns the display to the previous screen.
Economizer Vessel
Causes an instant navigation to view the Economizer
Screen.
Alarm History
Causes an instant navigation to view the Alarm History
Screen.
