trolling on PRV’s.

Hot Gas

Allows the technician to program the proportional gain
for the temperature controller while the chiller is un-
loaded on hot gas.

(minutes per repeat) for the Hot Gas Valve.

Allows the technician to program the derivative gain
for the Hot Gas Valve.
Chilled Setpoint Ramp - Ramp Rate
Access Level Required: OPERATOR
Allows the technician to program the degrees per sec-
ond ramp rate for the chilled liquid setpoint to react to
a program change.
Hot Gas - Ramp Rate
Access Level Required: OPERATOR
Allows the technician to program the percent per sec-
ond startup closure ramp rate for the hot gas valve.
PRV - Ramp Rate
Access Level Required: OPERATOR
Allows the technician to program the percent per sec-
ond startup opening ramp rate for the PRV.
IC-160A Primary Demand Limit

Access Level Required: OPERATOR
Allows the user to specify the current limit value (as a
percentage of FLA) to which the chiller will be limited
during the specified pulldown limit time. This value
will override the Motor Current Limit value during this
time period. This function is used to provide energy
savings following chiller start-up.

Pulldown Demand Limit

Allows the user to specify the current limit value (as a
percentage of FLA) to which the chiller will be limited
during the specified pulldown limit time. This value
will override the Motor Current Limit value during this
time period. This function is used to provide energy
savings following chiller start-up.
Pulldown Time
Access Level Required: OPERATOR
Allows the user to set a period of time for which the
pulldown demand limit will be in effect after the chiller
starts.
