Discharge Superheat
Displays the discharge superheat. This value is calcu-
lated by subtracting the condenser saturation tempera-
ture (PE-113) from the compressor discharge tempera-
ture (TE-113).
Vane Motor Switch (LED)
Illuminates when the Vane Motor Switch contacts are
closed (provided by ZS-100B).
PRV Motor Opening (LED)
Illuminates when the Economizer Compressor Pre-ro-
tational Vanes are in the process of opening (provided
by TCV-100B).
PRV Motor Closing (LED)
Illuminates when the Economizer Compressor Pre-ro-
tational Vanes are in the process of closing (provided
by TCV-100B).
Sec PRV Postion
Displays the Economizer Compressors PRV open posi-
tion percentage (provided by ZE-100B).
Oil Pump Frequency
Displays operating frequency at which Oil Pump is
commanded to run (provided by PWM2).
Economizer Motor Load
Displays the motor current as a percentage of the Full
Load Amps (FLA) value.
Economizer Compressor Head
Displays the Economizer Compressors head pressure
calculated as condenser pressure minus economizer
pressure.
System Head
Displays the chiller head pressure calculated as (con-
denser pressure – evaporator pressure/evaporator pres-
sure).
Economizer Runtime
Displays the most recent runtime for the Economizer
Compressor.
PROGRAMMABLE
Auto / Manual
Access Level Required: OPERATOR
This key returns the Pre-rotational Vane control to au-
tomatic or manual mode.
Open (Manual)
Access Level Required: OPERATOR
This key puts the vane control into manual mode and
sends an “open” command to the vanes.
Close (Manual)
Access Level Required: OPERATOR
This key puts the vane control into manual mode and
sends a “close” command to the vanes.
NAVIGATION
Previous
Returns the display to the previous screen.
PRV Calibration
Access Level Required: OPERATOR
Only available if the chiller is stopped, advances to the
PRV Calibration Screen.
Oil Sump
Causes an instant navigation to view the Oil Sump
Screen.
Secondary Variable Geometry Diffuser
Causes an instant navigation to view the Primary VGD
Screen.
Economizer Motor
Causes an instant navigation to view the Economizer
Motor Screen.
Economizer Capacity
Causes an instant navigation to view the Economizer
Capacity Controls Screen.
Alarm History
Causes an instant navigation to view the Alarm History
Screen.
