Motor Replacement Procedure for Scanner Unit NKE-2254
(1) Before beginning work, turn off the safety switch
located on the bottom of the stern side of the
scanner unit.
(2) Loosen the hexagonal bolts and remove the cover on the
left
(port) side.
(3) Remove the cables connected to the motor driver
circuit board.
(4) Remove the hexagonal bolts (four M8 bolts) and
remove the motor.
Loosen the four
hexagonal bolts.
Bow direction
Turn off the safety
switch.
Bow

Remove the four
bolts.
Remove the two
cables.
