Backup data is saved on the USB thumb drive.
It is possible to update the rmware.
Contact your distributor if you have any question about the software.
When you update the software with a USB thumb drive, so sure to save only the latest
update le on it.
If any other data or earlier version of update le are included, the software cannot be
updated properly.
Do not turn the power OFF during the update work.

Caution:
In the case of using a USB that is provided with an
access indicator, the access indicator will start blink-
ing for ve to six seconds when the USB thumb drive
is inserted into the USB slot of your PC or sewing ma-
chine until it is recognized.
(The time required until the USB thumb drive is rec-
ognized differs with the type of USB thumb drive.)
