(2) Isthe400 s.p.m.-step speed control knob onthe PSC boxset
correctly? Has the switch been reset after thread trimming?
Yes
No.

Repair
Replace PSC box.
Replace pedal sensor.
Adjust pedal spring stiffness (for
depressing front part of pedal), pedal
sensor angle or VR8 (LSW).
Turn the knob clockwise.
Repeat thread trimming and turn
power On again.
Replace PSC box.
Replace pedal sensor.
