How to display the test pattern
To display the Test pattern to check the image quality prior to the use of the monitor,
press the button located in the front of the monitor as follows.
Select te pattern
1)
Display the “Operation Button Guide

” by pressing any one of operation buttons
(A–C)
.
2)
Press the “MENU” button.
3) Select “TEST PATTERN” from MENU 1/2 using the “▼” or “▲” button and press the
“OK” button. The “TEST PATTERN” OSD appears.
Select the proper test pattern from “SMPTE pattern” or “AAPM TG18-OIQ pattern”
and press the “OK” button.
Default of test pattern depends on the sold market.
Destination Test pattern
North America SMPTE pattern
Area other than North America AAPM TG18-OIQ pattern
SMPTE pattern AAPM TG18-OIQ pattern
Setting method
You can assign the operation button for displaying the test pattern to the function
buttons (F1 or F2). The following explains how to turn on or o the display to the “F1”
button.
1) Display the “Operation Button Guide

” by pressing any one of operation buttons
(A–C)
.
2)
Press the “MENU” button.
3) Select “FUNCTION” from MENU 1/2 using the “▼” or “▲” button and press the “OK”
button. Then select “FUNCTION1” from “FUNCTION” OSD and press the “OK”
button.
4)
Select “TEST PATTERN” from “FUNCTION1” OSD and press the “OK” button.
