when you reach the spot you want to see, press
II[/l_ and normal playback resumes.

search continues as long as you hold the
button. Once you release it, normal playbacl<
resull/e5.
.... a slight mrlsaic effect appears on screen during
High-Speed Search. This is not a malfunction.

To temporarily stop playback, press II/_. Press
again to resume playbacl<. If still playback contin-
ues for mr)re than about ) minutes, tile camcorder's
St(>[)mode is automatically engaged. After 5
minutes in the stop mr)de, the calllcorder's power is
automatically turned off.

press the Pause button at the pr)int where you
w_mt to stml playbacl< in slow motion, point the
remote control at the remote sens(>r,and press tile
Slow Rewind or Slow Forward button on the
remote control unit. Ariel playing back for about
20 seconds in Slow Rewind or after playing back
for about 60 seconds in Slow Forward, normal
playbacl< resumes. To st(>[)slow-motion playbacl<
in progress, press the Play button.
• During slow-motion playbacl<, due to digital
image processing, tile picture may take on a
mosaic effect.
• After the Slow Rewind or Slow Forward button is
pressed, the still image may be displayed for a
few seconds, then the screen may become blue
back for a few seconds. This is not a malfunction.
• There may be a small mangin between the slow-
mr)tion playbacl< start point you chose and tile
start point at which the camcorder actually begins
playbacl< in slow motion.
• During SIowdT/otion playback, there will be
disturbances in video. This is not a malfunction.
NOTES:
• Tile s_unrl is not awdlable during High-Speed
Search.
• O_pyguard_d tapes cannot be played back, Tile
scr_erl becomes blue back.
