Attach tile camcorder to the A( Lharger Station, then connect the AC Uharger Station to a TV or V(R
(_-T_ pg. 54, 55), as described in the following steps.

CONFIRM POWER'OFF STATUS
Mal<e sure the camcorder's power is off.
ATTACH AND LOCK
Align the m_rl< on the camcorder with the fine on the A( Charger Station and slide the camcorder to
the A( Charger Station in the direction of the arrow. Slide the lock lever on the A( ( hatger Station in
the direction of the arrow until it clicks. The camcorder and the A( ( hatger Station are now securely
attached.
°When removing the camcorder, press the Release button art(] slide the loci< lever in the opposite
direction of the arrow and detach the camcrlrder in the opposite direction of the arrow.
The A( Charger Station cannot function using the camcorder's battery pacl<.
NOTE:
Never touch the connector _n the bott_m _t the camcorcl_r or _m the AC Char_er Station. If the pins ar_
damaged, the c_)t-lt-lect_)r_ will become unusable due t_* contact t:rilur_.

If you attach the camcorder with the battery installed to the AC ( h_u_er 5t_tion, you can charge the
battery pack. AJ_terdoing steps ] and :2above, plug the A( ( h_u_er 5tation's power cord into an A(
outlet, the AC Charger 5tatJon's ( AMERA charger indicator starts blinking to indicate that charging has
begun. When it stops blinking 10ut stays on, charging is complete. The charging time for one BN-V607U
battery pacl< is approx. 100 minutes.

If two battery packs are attached to the AC ( harger Station (one attached to the AC ( harger 5tation and
one in the camcorder attached to it), they will be charged in the order that they were attached.
The charging time for two BN-V607U battery packs is approx. 190 minutes.
NOTE:
To charge the battery pack installed in the {_mcorder, be sure to switch off the {am corder first. If it is
not switched off, charging will not begin.
