Model 6482 Dual-Channel Picoammeter / Voltage Source Reference Manual Section 16: SCPI Command Reference
An invalid NAN (not a number) result of +9.91e37 indicates that CALC1 or CALC2
is disabled or that a division by zero error has occurred. See :STATe.
LATest?
:CALCulate[1]:DATA:LATest? Read latest CALC1 result
:CALCulate2:DATA:LATest? Read latest CALC2 result
Description These commands work exactly like CALC1:DATA? and CALC2:DATA? except
that they return only the latest CALC1 or CALC2 result.
CALCulate3 and CALCulate4
The CALC3 and CALC4 commands configure and control relative for channel 1 and channel 2
respectively. They perform the remote equivalents to the front panel REL and CONFIG REL
configuration menu.
Select input path
FEED <name>
:CALCulate3:FEED <name> Select input path for channel 1 REL
Parameters <name> = CALCulate[1] Use result of channel 1 math function
SENSe[1] Use channel 1 current reading
Query :FEED? Query input path for channel 1 REL
Description This command is used to select the input path for channel 1 REL. With
CALCulate[1] selected, the REL feed will be the result of the channel 1 math
function (CALC1). With SENSe[1] selected, the REL feed will be the raw channel
1 current reading.
FEED <name>
:CALCulate4:FEED <name> Select input path for channel 2 REL
Parameters <name> = CALCulate2 Use result of channel 2 math function
SENSe2 Use channel 2 current reading
Query :FEED? Query input path for REL
Description This command is used to select the input path for channel 2 REL. With
CALCulate2 selected, the REL feed will be the result of the channel 2 math
function (CALC2). With SENSe2 selected, the REL feed will be the raw channel 2
current reading.
Set or acquire relative value
OFFSet <n>
:CALCulate3:NULL:OFFSet <NRf>Specify null offset (REL) for channel 1
:CALCulate4:NULL:OFFSet <NRf>Specify null offset (REL) for channel 2
Parameters <NRf> = -9.999999e20 to Specify null offset value
9.999999e20
Query :OFFSet? Query null offset value
Description This command lets you establish a null offset (REL) value for channel 1 (CALC3)
or channel 2 (CALC4). When Null Offset is enabled, the result is the algebraic
