NOTICE
For more details on the precautions of
the rear corner radars, refer to "Blind-
Spot Collision-Avoidance Assist (BCA) (if
equipped)" on page 5-84.
Safe Exit Warning settings
Safe exit
With the ignition switch or ENGINE
START/STOP button in the ON position,
and select 'User settings → Driver assis -
tance → Driving safety → Safe exit' on
the instrument cluster or 'Settings →
Vehicle →Driver assistance →Driving
safety → Safe exit' on the infotainment
system.
WARNING
If 'Safe exit' is deselected, Safe Exit
Warning cannot warn you. The driver
should always be aware of unexpected
and sudden situations from occurring.
NOTICE
If the engine is restarted, Safe Exit Warn -
ing will maintain the last setting.
Warning methods (or Warning
volume)
You can adjust the Warning methods (or
Warning volume) with the ignition switch
or ENGINE START/STOP button in the
ON position.
僅 Warning volume: Select 'User settings
→ Driver assistance → Warning vol -
ume' on the instrument cluster or 'Set -
tings → Vehicle → Driver assistance
→ Warning methods (or Warning vol -
ume)' on the infotainment system.
僅 Driving safety priority: Select 'Settings
→ Vehicle →Driver assistance →
Warning methods (or Warning vol -
ume) → Driving Safety Priority' on the
infotainment system. For safe driving,
the audio volume will temporarily
decrease to warn the driver with the
audible warning.
