Step-by-step installation instructions for the basic
scaffold and the rst and second extension
Step 1
Insert the stabilizer bars into the
base frame and secure each of
them with 2 screw kits
(prod. no. 718891).
The maximum extension of the
girder is approx. 350 mm.
Step 2
Connect the two basic frames
with two rail braces. Secure the
braces with safety sets.
NOTE:
The scaffold shown here is
stabilised with ballast weights.
Such ballasts are necessary to
provide free-standing scaffolds
with the necessary stability!
Adhere to the instructions for
ballasts on page 71!

Securing of
scaffold with

Step 3
Connect the two basic frames
with two diagonal braces
mounted crosswise, attaching
them to the lowest rung on one
side and to the 5th rung on the
other side.
Step 4
Insert the two vertical
frames (2.0 x 0.65 m)
into the basic frame.
Secure them with
safety sets.
