Mower conditioner
The forward position enables:
• Avoiding interferences between swath shields
and tractor wheels.
From the backward position:
- Remove 12 bolts (1).
- Remove:
• Washers (2) .
• Spacers (3) .
- Position the headstock in line of additional holes
located 150 mm (5.9’’) forward of original holes.
- Check the condition of bolts, washers and spacers
(replace them if necessary).
- Reassemble the unit:
• Tighten screws:
Torque: 21 daN m (155 lbf ft).
Pressurize hydro-pneumatic accumulators
to a pressure of 75 bar (1087 psi).
Shut-off the hydraulic valve.
The backward position enables:
• Bringing the machine's centre of gravity closer to
the tractor.
The mowing unit is factory fitted in backward
position.
