23.1.3 Spare wheel (Kreos 8002, 8009,
8012 only)
The spare wheel is placed under the floor, in the rear
area. The spare wheel can only be mounted on the rear
axle. The repair kit is to be used for the front wheels.
To remove the spare wheel from its housing, remove the
R-clip (a), then loosen the nut (b) until the wheel group
lowers.
Pull on the handle (c) and release the bracket (d).
23.2 Cleaning
23.2.1 Interior
• Never use abrasive products. Use cleaners and
household products.
• Do not use detergents containing chlorine, abrasive
detergents, scourers or metal brushes to clean
stainless steel surfaces.
• After use, carefully dry all stainless steel surfaces.
• Clean furniture and painted surfaces using a wool
moist cloth. If necessary use furniture polishes.
• To clean plastic materials (e.g. washroom compo-
nents) only use water and neutral soap.
• Do not use corrosive products to clean the drains.
• Only clean the dashboard by using a moist cloth.
23.2.2 Upholstery
The elements of the upholstery of the Laika vehicles are
manufactured with fabrics with different compositions
which require different types of treatment. To wash
them, refer to the labels applied on the fabrics,
indicating their composition and how to treat them.
The labels are in the following locations:
• settee cushions: in the driving direction backrest or
in the side backrest;
• cab seats covers: in the backrest;
• cab carpet: in the internal side.

Upholstery fabrics are sensitive to direct ultraviolet
light (sunlight or halogen light) and may fade over
time. As far as possible, protect the cushions from
sun rays.
WARNING
Do not expose upholstery fabrics to direct heat
sources.
WARNING
Any differences in the shade of components in
contact with each other may be caused by diffe-
rences in their basic materials.
