16.1 Cassette-type toilet
This system includes a mobile tank (cassette) that can
be removed through a lid on the outside of the vehicle.
A type toilet
a) Button for flushing and draining into the tank.
b) Full tank warning light.
Blade opening and closing handle. To extract the tank
first close the blade, pushing the handle in the direction
indicated by the arrow.
Outside lid which allows access to the tank. To open,
press the two buttons simultaneously.
Removable tank (cassette). To remove the tank, pull up
the handle (c).

Wash bathroom plastic parts only with water and
neutral soap.
WARNING
• Wash and disinfect the tank using special
chemical products at regular intervals.
• Use biodegradable toilet paper.
• Lubricate the seals at least once a year.
• Drain the tanks without harming the environment.
• Read the producer’s handbook carefully.
THINGS TO DO
• Do not wash the toilet bowl with abrasive
products.
THINGS TO AVOID
In case of long stops, the blinds of the bathroom
window and of the bathroom roof-light must be kept
closed.
WARNING
Some vehicles have a wooden platform, designed
as a floor cover when using the sink. The platform
must be removed when taking a shower.
