Manual handling of the bed
In case of malfunction or power failure, the bed can be
moved manually using the special handle (a) supplied
as standard equipment.
The handle must be inserted in to hole (b) located in the
cabinet under the bed surface, on the left side.
17.6.4 Tilting bed cab Kreos A-class
a) Button to control bed ascent and descent.
In case of jam
If the bed does not respond to electrical commands,
you must first check if its fuse in the 12 V distribution
control unit is intact (see chapter 10 - Control Unit -
Fuses).
If the fuse is intact, the problem is probably caused by
the electric motor of the mechanism: In this case you
should contact a Laika authorised workshop.
However, if the bed is stuck in lowered position (night) it
is necessary to move the bed manually and bring it to
the raised position (day) in order to be able to resume
driving.
