12.4 Hob and oven
The stainless steel hob and oven are fitted with thermo-
couple valves to stop gas delivery if the flame is blown
out. To turn them on when they are cold, it is necessary
to press and turn the relevant delivery knobs, wait for
the flame to light and release the knobs after a few
seconds.
