ManagementEngineInterface,dothefollowing:
1.LogintotheoperatingsystemandinserttheThinkServerEasyStartupDVDintotheopticaldrive.The
ThinkServerEasyStartupDVDrunsautomatically.
Note:IftheDVDdoesnotrunautomatically,clickRunlaunch.exeintheAutoPlaywindow.
2.ReadthelicensetermsandclickAccept.
3.Intheinstallationwindow,clickDriverInstallation.
4.SelectyourservermodelfromtheServerModeldrop-downlistbox.Selecttheoperatingsystem
fromtheOperatingSystemdrop-downlistbox.
5.SelectIntelManagementEngineInterfacefromtheSelectaDriverdrop-downlistbox.Then,click
Install.
Note:IfyourserverisinstalledwiththeMicrosoftWindowsServer2012R2operatingsystem,dothe
following:
a.IntheQuestionswindows,clickYes.
b.IntheWelcometoSetupProgramwindow,clickNext.
c.IntheLicenseAgreementwindow,clickYes.
d.IntheReadmeFileInformationwindow,clickNext.Theinstallationbegins.
e.Whenprompted,clickNext➙Finish.
6.ClickOKtorestartyourserveraftertheinstallationiscompleted.
InstallingthedriverforaCNAcard
Toinstallthedriverforaconvergednetworkadapter(CNA)card,dothefollowing:
1.LogintotheoperatingsystemandinserttheThinkServerEasyStartupDVDintotheopticaldrive.The
ThinkServerEasyStartupDVDrunsautomatically.
Note:IftheDVDdoesnotrunautomatically,clickRunlaunch.exeintheAutoPlaywindow.
2.ReadthelicensetermsandclickAccept.
3.Intheinstallationwindow,clickDriverInstallation.
4.SelectyourservermodelfromtheServerModeldrop-downlistbox.Selecttheoperatingsystem
fromtheOperatingSystemdrop-downlistbox.
5.SelectthecorrespondingCNAcarddriverfromtheSelectadriverdrop-downlistbox.Then,click
Install.
Note:Ifprompted,clickY es.
6.ClickOKtorestartyourserveraftertheinstallationiscompleted.
