1.DownloadthedriverfromtheLenovoSupportWebsite.Themostup-to-datedevicedriversforvarious
servermodelsarealwaysavailableontheLenovoSupportWebsiteat:
http://www.lenovo.com/drivers
2.Double-clicktheEXEfiletounzipittoafolder.CopythefoldertoaUSBstoragedeviceandconnect
theUSBstoragedevicetoyourserver.
3.LogintotheoperatingsystemandcopythefolderfromtheUSBstoragedevicetothe/tmpdirectory
onyourserver.
4.Usethefollowingcommandstoinstallthedriver:
cd/tmp
cdxorg71
./update.sh
Note:Inthecommandlines,xorg71representsthedriverpackagename.Usethecorrespondingfile
nameonyourserver.
5.Restartyourserver.

6.SelectakeyboardlayoutforthesystemandclickNext.
7.Selectthetypeofdevicesyouneedfortheinstallation,andthenclickNext.
Note:IftheStorageDeviceWarningwindowisdisplayed,clickYes,discardanydata.
8.Typeanameforyourserver.Then,clickNext.
9.Specifyyourtimezonebyselectingthenearestcityinyourtimezone.Then,clickNext.
10.Typetherootpasswordfortherootuseraccount.Then,clickNext.

11.IntheWhichtypeoftheinstallationwouldyoulikewindow,selectyourdesiredoptionandclickNext.
