2.LogintotheoperatingsystemandcopytheRPMfilefromyourUSBstoragedevicetothe/tmp
directoryonyourserver.

cd/tmp
cdrpms-2
rpm-ivh*.rpm
Note:Inthecommandlines,rpms-2representsthenameofthefolderthatthedriveisstored.*.rpm
representsthedrivername.Usethecorrespondingfilenameonyourserver.
4.Restartyourserver.
InstallingthedriveronaRedHatEnterpriseLinuxoperatingsystem
ToinstallthedriverforthePMC8885ecardonaRedHatEnterpriseLinuxoperatingsystem,dothefollowing:
1.DownloadthecorrespondingdriverfromtheLenovoWebsite.Ifthedriverisacompressedfile,unzip
ittoafolder.Then,copytheRPMfiletoyourUSBstoragedeviceandconnecttheUSBstorage
devicetoyourserver.
2.LogintotheoperatingsystemandcopytheRPMfilefromyourUSBstoragedevicetothe/tmp
directoryonyourserver.
3.Usethefollowingcommandstoinstallthedriver:
cd/tmp
cdrpms-2
rpm-ivh*.rpm
Note:Inthecommandlines,rpms-2representsthenameofthefolderthatthedriveisstored.*.rpm
representsthedrivername.Usethecorrespondingfilenameonyourserver.
