ToinstalltheRedHatEnterpriseLinuxAS5.9(x64orx86)operatingsystem,dothefollowing:
1.Inserttheoperatingsysteminstallationdiscintotheopticaldrivethatyouhavesetasthefirststartup
device.ConnecttheUSBstoragedevicethatcontainstherequireddrivertoyourserver.Then,startthe
serverfromtheopticaldrive.
2.Whenthewelcomewindowisdisplayed,inputthefollowingcommand-lineafterboot:,andthenpress
Enter:
linuxddnoprobe=ata1noprobe=ata2noprobe=ata3noprobe=ata4
3.IntheDriverdiskwindow,selectYesandthenpressEnter.
4.IntheInsertDriverDiskwindow,selectOKandthenpressEnter.
5.IntheMoreDriverDiskswindow,selectNo.
6.IntheCDFoundwindow,dependingonyourneeds,selectOKtobegintheinstallationmediatestor
selectSkiptoskipthemediatestandstarttheinstallation.
7.Whentheinstallationwindowisdisplayed,clickNext.
8.SelectthelanguagethatyouwanttouseduringtheinstallationprocessandclickNext.
9.SelecttheappropriatekeyboardlayoutforthesystemandclickNext.
