The ThinkSystem™ SR530 is a general-purpose dual-socket 1U rack server that is great for various IT
workloads, include web hosting, entry cloud, and virtualization. It is ideal for small and medium-size business
(SMB) customers to run many kinds of applications by offering the latest technology to support multi-core
processors, faster memory speed, flexible input/output (I/O) options and tiered system management.

Identifying your server
When you contact Lenovo for help, the machine type and serial number information helps support
technicians to identify your server and provide faster service.
The machine type and serial number are on the ID label on the right rack latch in the front of the server.
