Tray 1 Pick Roller Assembly Removal
1. Remove the top cover.
2. Remove the fuser assembly.
3. Remove the transfer roller.
4. Remove the HVPS cover.
5. Remove the rear plate.
6. Remove the card cage cover.
7. Remove the main drive assembly.
8. Remove the transfer guide assembly.
9. Remove the tray 1 pick up spring from the tray 1 pick up gear.
10. Unlatch and remove tray 1 pick up gear and the main drive idler gear.
11. Remove the left pick roller gearing.
12. Remove the E-ring from the right side of the pick roller shaft, and then remove the
bearing.
13. Slide the shaft to the right (A), and then lift the left side (B) and remove.
