Duplex Output Feed Roller Assembly and Clutch Removal
1. Remove the main drive assembly.
2. Remove the card cage cover.
3. Remove the controller card.
4. Remove the lower duplex out guide assembly and mounting bracket.
5. Remove the two screws which secure the power switch bracket to the frame, and
remove the bracket.
6. Disconnect cable from clutch.
7. Remove the K-clip which secures the right end of the shaft.
8. Slide the shaft to the left.
9. Remove the optional feeder drive gear from the right end of the shaft.
10. Remove the E-clip from the left side, then remove the clutch.
11. Remove the inner E-clip from the left end of the shaft.
12. Slide the bearing off the shaft and remove shaft.
