Except as stated below, Lifelines Ltd m akes no warranty of any kind wit h regar d t o t his m at erial,
including, but not lim ited t o, t he im plied warrant ies of m erchantabilit y and fit ness for a part icular
purpose. Lifelines shall not be liable for errors cont ained herein or for incident al or consequential
dam ages in connection with the furnishing, perform ance or use of t his mat erial.
Lifelines shall warrant it s products against all defect s in m at erial and workm anship for one year
from t he dat e of delivery.
Misuse, accident , m odification, unsuitable physical or operating environm ent, im proper m ainte-
nance or dam age caused by a product for which Lifelines is not responsible will void the warrant y.
Lifelines do not warrant unint errupt ed or error-free operat ion of its products.
Lifelines or it s authorised agents will repair or replace any products t hat prove to be defective dur-
ing t he warrant y period, provided that t hese product s are used as prescribed in the operating in-
st ruct ions in t he user’s and service m anuals.
No other party is authorised t o m ake any warranty t o assum e liabilit y for Lifelines products. Life-
lines will not recognise any other warranty, eit her im plied or in writing. In addition, services per-
form ed by som eone other than Lifelines or it s authorised agent s or any technical m odificat ion or
changes of product s without Lifelines prior, writ t en consent m ay be cause for voiding this warranty.
Defect ive products or part s m ust be returned to Lifelines or its aut horised agents, along wit h an
explanat ion of the failure. Shipping cost s m ust be prepaid.
Lifelines Lt d. m anufactures hardware and soft ware t o be used on or with st andard PC- com pat ible
com put ers and operat ing software. Lifelines, however, assum es no responsibility for t he use or reli-
ability of its software or hardware with equipm ent that is not furnished by third- part y m anufact ur-
ers accepted by Lifelines at the dat e of purchase.
All warranties for third- part y product s used within the Trackit syst em are the responsibility of t he
relevant m anufact urer. Please refer to t he relevant docum entat ion on each product for furt her de-
tails.

served. No part of t his docum ent m ay be photocopied, reproduced in any other form or translat ed

Responsibility of manufacturer
The m anufact urer and dist ribut or consider t hem selves responsible for t he equipm ent’s safet y, relia-
bilit y and perform ance only if:
any peripheral equipm ent t o be used wit h Trackit is supplied by third- party providers recom -
m ended by the m anufact urer;
assem bly operat ions, extensions, readj ustm ent s, m odificat ions, or repairs are carried out by
persons aut horised by t he m anufacturer;
the electrical installation of the relevant room com plies wit h the appropriat e requirem ent s;
the equipm ent is used by a healt h- care professional and in accordance wit h the inst ruct ions for
use.
