      elizabeth92Aug 14, 2025
If you encounter COM port issues with Bluetooth communication for your Lifelines Medical Equipment Trackit Mk3, it could be due to the COM port being used by another application. Ensure that the Connection Mode for Active Sync is set to 'Only When Device is Connected' instead of 'Continuous'. Also, verify that other applications, such as virus protection software or personal firewalls like ZoneAlarm, are not accessing the COM port during the connection to Trackit.

      Jonathan KnoxAug 25, 2025
If you are having problems starting a recording on your Lifelines Medical Equipment, there might be a few reasons: * The setup might not have been sent correctly. Check under Trackit Status in the Control Panel to see if 'Acquire Ready' shows 'Yes'. If it doesn't, acquisition can't begin. Try adjusting the transmission delay for serial communication in the Trackit software. * An incompatible setup may have been sent. If this is the case, the message “unable to comply” will appear. * The card might not be formatted correctly. Format the flash card using the inbuilt Trackit format utility under Get Card Info.
