Accessing the Dial Pad During Calls
There may be instances while on a call that you will need to
access the Dial Pad to dial an extension or to make a selection on
an Interactive Voice Response prompt (e.g., “press ‘1’ to speak to
a representative”).
To access the Dial Pad while on an active call:
1. TAP Dial Pad.
2. TAP Hide Dial Pad to go back to the active call information
screen or to access the Speakerphone setting.
