Panic Key (F#6)
PressingthePanickeywillsendouta‘ResetAllControllers’and‘AllNotesOff’MIDIMessageonALLMIDI
Channels 1 - 16. This can be especially useful for clearing “stuck notes” when controlling external MIDI devices
or software with DCP-200.
To use the Panic key to send out a ‘Reset All Controllers’ and ‘All Notes Off’ MIDI Message on
ALL MIDI Channels 1 - 16:
PresstheVoice/FunctionbuttontoenterEditMode.
Press the Panic Key (F#6)
NOTE: The Piano Reset procedure described at the beginning of the Additional Features section also
sends out a “Reset All Controllers” and “All Notes Off” MIDI Message, but on MIDI Channel 1
only.
To do a Piano Reset, press the Reverb and Voice/Function buttons at the same time.
