- Check:
• Battery voltage.
• Electrolyte-specic gravity by elements.
• The wiring of the batteries, polarities, and tightening of the terminals.
• The fuses.
• The emergency shutdowns.
• The battery cut-o.
• That the battery charger is not connected to the mains.
- Check:
• The battery connections (B-).
• The presence of the “+” battery on the “B1” input of the variable
speed controller logic (+24 V).
• The presence of the “+12 V” output of the B12 pin of the variable
speed controller: availability “+12 V” internal (pre-set).

PARAMETERS
F04012 Pers Error Parameter outside valid range. The
fault is removed by adjusting the
value using the calibrator.
- Search for and x the parameter where the following value is displayed
“- - -”.
- Switch the variable speed controller o and on: check the parameters.
Checksum parameter value
incorrect. The fault is removed
by adjusting the value using the
calibrator.
- Check: the value of all parameters.
- Force the update of the CRC by changing any parameter.
- Switch the variable speed controller o and on: check the parameters.
- Check the value of the parameters.

Fault
Input(s) active when powered on:
status “CLOSED”.
- Check that the input(s) are in the “CLOSED” status when switched on
in the following menus:
• Traction test (1.3).
• Upper box test (2.4).
• Lower box test (2.6).
- Check the input(s) which are in error.
F04005 SRO Fault Sequence error: non-compliance
with the start-up procedure.
- Re-start the start-up procedure for the required movement.
Fault
or
SRO Fault
Variable speed controller internal
or external fault.
- Measure the voltages on the “D-IN” connector inputs of the electronic
control units and “B” of the variable speed controller:
• 0 V = Contact CLOSED.
• > (greater) than 4.5 V = Contact OPEN.
