Inspect reeving, clamps and connections x
Inspect the lifting hook
x
Inspect safety devices
x
Check controls operation
x
Check engine crankcase oil level
x
Check transmission oil level
x
Check engine coolant level
x
Check fuel level
x
Check tire pressure
x
Drain water from engine fuel filter
x
Service air cleaner
x
Check hydraulic oil level
x
Inspect wire rope and sheaves
x
Apply grease to all lubrication fittings
x
Lubricate the boom slides
x
Lubricate the boom cables
x
Clean air cleaner duct cup
x
Lubricate parking brake fitting
x
Inspect engine fan belts
x
Check wheel nut torque
x
Replace the transmission oil and filter
and clean the 4WD strainer *
x
Lubricate the swing gear and pinion
x
Lubricate the drivelines
x
Lubricate the wire rope
x
Inspect the boom cables
x
Inspect all hydraulic hoses
x
Replace engine crankcase oil **

Clean radiator fins and core
