Masterflex
Mounting a Ceramic Piston Pump
General preparation and required equipment:
• Conrm you have the correct replacement pump head
• Remove the pump head from its packaging and inspect for any obvious signs of damage
• Phillips screwdriver size 0
1. Attach the coupling:
a. Place the coupling onto the pump-head shaft and push it on as far as it will go. NOTE: e Allen
screw must be centered on the at of the pump-head shaft.
b. Tighten the coupling (2) with the 2.5 mm size Allen key (D).
