Mounting a Gear Pump

CAUTION: Before mounting a new pump head ensure that the magnet is securely tted to
the drive.
General preparation and required equipment:
• Conrm you have the correct replacement pump head
• Remove the pump head from its packaging and inspect for any obvious signs of damage
• Phillips screwdriver size 0
NOTE:
• Ensure there is a gap of approximately 3 mm between the
magnet and the brim of the xing case.
• During operation the back of the coupling magnet must
not touch the housing of the pump drive.
