ing device to place pump and
battery box frame in position on
vehicle body cross members as
shown in FIG. 41-1.

NOTE: There are 2 methods to mount pump and battery box frame to vehicle frame.
• Bolt pump and battery box frame to hanger brackets welded to vehicle frame.
• Weld pump and battery box frame to vehicle frame.
NOTE: If pump and battery box frame is to be welded directly to cross members on
vehicle body, skip instructions 2 through 4. Continue with instruction 5.
