A communication problem has occurred between the T-Link
and the network.

Trouble
When the T-Link module cannot communicate with the
receiver on the TCP/IP network.
T-Link Communica-
tions Fault
When the T-Link module cannot communicate with the
PC4020 on the PC-Link connection.
Seismic Trouble When zone types of this kind have failed a seismic test this
trouble will be displayed (see section 11 - PGM Output types).
