4.7 - Test alimentation inverter
Tools needed :
• Multi meter
Open the cover of the inverter terminals, pulling it upward.
With the help of multimeter (VAC), verify if in the terminals L1 and L2 there is about 230 VAC
(Fig. 25).
If there is this voltage the test is OK, otherwise it is not OK.

4.8 – Substitution of inverter
Tools needed :
• Screwdrivers
• 8mm wrench
Check which inverter is installed. In all the treadmill manufactured starting from February 2015
there is the new model OMRON.
Ref. RAM800344 for 1,5Kw and RAM800345 for 2,2Kw.
Unscrew the fastening screws of the inverter.
Open the covers of the inverter terminals, pulling it upward.
Unscrew from the inverter terminals all the cables connected to the inverter.
Replace the old inverter with a new one.
Inverter DELTA: Reconnect all the cables ( bridge between M0 e GND, velocity motor UVW,
feeding L1 and L2, command AVI and GND).
Inverter OMRON: Bridge between S1and SC, velocity motor T1 T2 T3, feeding L1 and L2, remote
cable AC(brown) and A1(white), fan cable MA and MC (Fig. 26).
