ATTENTION: The transformer can be tested also if it is not connected at the treadmill. It will be
enough to connected to a plug and check with the multi meter the parameters:
Yellow-Grey must be 14 V J5-1 = Yellow
Grey-Pink must be 7 V J5-2 = Grey
Yellow-Pink must be 28 V J5-3 = Pink
Brown - White must be 30 V J5-4 = White
Brown - Green must be 23 V J5-5 = Green
White - Green must be 23 V J5-6 = Brown
5.17 - Transformer replacement
Necessary tools:
• 7mm wrench
Turn off the treadmill and unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
Disconnect the wires from the transformer, with a 7mm wrench remove the nuts, then replace it.
5.18 - Check fuse control board
Tools needed :
• Multi meter
With the multi meter check the continuity of the fuse F1 on the control board.
If the fuse is broken, must be replaced.
WARNING: the cause of this failure may be due to short circuit between wires of the emergency
buttons, must be checked.
