5.7 - Replacement main switch
Tools needed :
• 5,5mm wrench
• Cross-head screwdriver
Make sure the switch is OFF and the plug is disconnected.
With the 5,5mm wrench remove the protective cover of the main switch, then push inward to
improve access to the terminal screws.
With the cross-head screwdriver unscrew the terminals 1, 2, 3 and 4, remove the wires, then release
it from the metal bar and replace it.
5.8 - Replacement warning light
Tools needed :
• 5,5mm wrench
• Cross-head screwdriver
Make sure the switch is OFF and the plug is disconnected.
With the 5,5mm wrench remove the protective cover of the main switch, then push inward to
improve access to the terminal screws.
With the cross-head screwdriver unscrew the terminals X1 and X2, remove the wires, then release it
from the metal bar and replace it.
5.9 - Lock safety switch
Be sure that the switch in on OFF position and the plug is disconnected
To apply the voltage to the components of the treadmill, without hood , you must perform the
following steps in sequence:
1) the safety switch block in the closed position (Fig. 29)
2) connect the plug to the socket
3) Activate the power switch to ON
WARNING:
From this moment on, the machine is under tension, and you are advised to be extremely careful
in order to avoid accidental contact with the parts under tension
