releasehandle(A).
2Pushthepushrodmountedattheenginehood
lockinglocationtoupperrightdirectiontorelease
theenginehoodsafetycatch(B).
3Raisetheenginehoodandsupportitrmlywiththe
supportrod.
ClosetheEngineHood
Supporttheenginehoodwithonehand,whilereleasing
thesupportrodwiththeotherhand,andplaceitrmly
intothesupportrodbase.Thenholdtheenginehood
withbothhandsandlowerit.Lowertheenginehood
untilthedistancebetweenitanditslockingpositionis
approximately20to30cm,applyadownwardforceto
allowithavecertainaccelerationsoastofullyclosethe
enginehood.
Afterclosingtheenginehood,trytoliftthefrontedgeof
ittoverifyifitisfullylocked.Ifitisnotfullylocked,repeat
theclosingaction.
