Maintenance
Thecoolingsystemshouldbecheckedweekly.Duringthe
check,thevehicleshallbeparkedonaatground,and
thecoolingsystemmustbeincoldstate.Ifthelevelis
lowerthan“MIN”mark,opentheexpansiontankcapof
thecoolingsystemandrellthecoolant.Butthelevelshall
notbehigherthan“MAX”mark.
Note:Whenrellingthecoolant,avoidcoolantsplash
onthevehiclebody,sincethecoolantmaydamagethe
paintsurface.
Incaseofsignicantdropofcoolantlevelwithinashort
periodoftime,whichissuspectedtohaveleakage,please
gotoalocalAuthorisedRepairerforserviceintime.
CoolantSpecication
Usethecoolantrecommendedandcertiedbythe
manufacturer(mixtureofcoolantandwater),pleaserefer
to"RecommendedFluidsandCapacities"in"T echnical
Data"section.
Note:Inemergency,asmallamountofcleanwater
maybelledinthecoolantreservoir.Butbe
awareoftheresultantreductioninfrostprotection
performance.DONOTrellthecoolingsystemwith
anti-freezeofdifferentformulations.
Note:Rellingofrustinhibitororothercoolant
additivesinapplicabletothisvehicleinthecoolant
maydamagetheengine.Formoredetailsonrust
inhibitororadditives,pleaseconsultalocalAuthorised
Repairer.
Antifreeze
Antifreezeispoisonousandcanbefatal
ifswallowed-keepcontainerssealedand
outofthereachofchildren.Ifaccidental
contactissuspected,seekmedicalattention
immediately.
Preventantifreezecomingintocontact
withtheskinoreyes.Ifthisoccurs,rinse
immediatelywithplentyofwater.Ifeyes
arestillred,painfuloruncomfortable,seek
medicalattentionimmediately.
