4.10 Random Stage
 Open/Save : Open/Save position data
file.
 Set: Register the axis data. Space bar
also works.
 Run: Start the measuring.
 Del: Clear all axis data.
 Ref: with saved position data, set ref.1
and 2 recalculate all other data.
Clicking right mouse button menu
 Del: delete the selected axis data.
 Move To axis: Move the stage to
selected axis data.
