Loosen the screws (x4) for fixing the
Y-axis motor belt tension, and reduce
the tension on the belt.
Remove the O-ring from the top of the
Y-axis drive pulley, remove the 2 belts,
then remove the Y-axis drive pulley.
* Take care not to lose the O-ring.

After replacing the Y-axis drive pulley,
rotate the Y-axis motor belt approxi-
mately two times to check the position of
the belt.
* Attach so that the belt is horizontal and cen-
tered on the Y-axis drive pulley (upper side is
also acceptable).

Reverse the disassembly procedure for reassembly.
