Attach the special cap to the ink bottle.
(1) Place the special cap on the bottle.
(2) Use the tightening jig to tighten the special cap in place.

(3) Turn the bottle upside-down to check that no ink leaks occur.
• Do not overtighten the special cap. Disregarding this precaution may result in damage or
idling. In case of idling, repeat the steps from (1).
• Do not leave ink bottles with special caps fitted for extended periods. Doing so may result
in ink hardening.

then insert the correct color Ink bottle.
