C.1.16 Z0125 4D Overcurrent Protecting Status Test
 Top test item
PC module and DSP FPGA communication test
 Test content
Read 4D circuit overcurrent protecting status.
 Analysis to Test Failure
“Not under overcurrent protection” prompting indicates that 4D circuit is normal.
“Under overcurrent protection” prompting indicates that 4D circuit is abnormal
with excessive current.
 Suggestion to Test Failure
It is recommended to change main board if the test result is FAIL.
C.1.17 Z0216 4D Drive Circuit Test

4D Overcurrent Protecting Status Test
 Test content
Set 4 driving signals to be sine wave. AD collects signal and decide frequency
and amplitude after amplification.
 Analysis to Test Failure
The drive goes wrong if the test result appears Error.
“XXX drive signal failure” indicates corresponding drive circuit malfunction.
 Suggestion to Test Failure
a) Restart the device to perform the self test if the test result appears Error. It is
necessary to restore the device if Error re-appears.
b) It is recommended to change main board if the test result is FAIL.
C.1.18 Z0217 TEE Temperature Signal Test

PC module and DSP FPGA communication test
 Test content
Read TEE temperature value. If it is not 0 or FF, TEE temperature signal is normal.
 Analysis to Test Failure
The drive goes wrong if the test result appears Error.
If test result is FAIL, then TEE temperature signal collecting link has a malfunction.
 Suggestion to Test Failure
a) Restart the device to perform the self test if the test result appears Error. It is
necessary to restore the device if Error re-appears.
b) It is recommended to change main board if the test result is FAIL.
