Obtaining support
If you are experiencing issues with your miniDSPFlex that are not resolved by this manual and by following the trouble-
shooting steps above:
1. Check the miniDSP forums (https://www.minidsp.com/forum/index) to see if this issue has already been raised
and a solution provided.
2. Contact miniDSP via the support portal at support.minidsp.com (https://support.minidsp.com/) with:
a. The rmware versions obtained from the Display Versions button in miniDSPDeviceConsole.
b. A clear explanation of the symptoms you are seeing.
c. A description of troubleshooting performed and your results.
d. (Recommended) For quickest resolution of your issue, include the current program snapshot. This can be
obtained from the Device Console Settings screen.
